Nothing gives a young man that feeling that he has undergone the right of passage like a mustache. Unfortunately, not all young men have the hair gene in abundance. I remember when I was a teenager and I had this friend that would shave every day, and still by the end of school he would have this three o’clock shadow that Don Johnson would have paid for. Well, obviously I was sporting quite the mustache myself. Except that mine was more peach fuzz and required the admirer to get close enough for us to be going out in order to see it. But it was mine none the less and I wore it like a man. If only everybody else knew about it.
